Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on aiwebaudit.app, operated by Enerzyzone Vertex Innovations LLP.

1. Nature of the Product

WebAudit AI sells audit credits that are consumed to generate AI-powered website audit reports. Because each audit consumes computing and AI resources at the moment it runs, a completed audit is a delivered digital service.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Unused credits: If you have purchased credits and not used them, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Used credits / completed audits: Credits that have already been used to run an audit are generally non-refundable, since the service has been delivered.
  • Technical failure: If an audit fails due to a fault on our side and the credit is wrongly consumed, we will restore the credit or refund it.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@aiwebaudit.app with your account email and order details. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment provider. Processing time depends on the provider and your bank.

5. Changes

We may update this Policy and will post the revised version with a new date.
