1. The Service

WebAudit AI provides AI-assisted website audits that analyse a submitted URL and generate a report with scores, identified issues, and suggested fixes across areas including speed, SEO, mobile, UX, conversion, trust, and AI-search readiness (AEO & GEO).

2. Credits & Use

• Audits are provided on a credit basis. The first audit may be offered free.
• Each paid audit consumes one credit (or more for add-on modules, as shown at purchase). Credits do not expire.
• Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change; changes do not affect credits already purchased.

3. Acceptable Use

• You must only audit websites you own or are authorised to audit, or public websites for legitimate benchmarking.
• You must not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Audit Results Disclaimer

Audit reports are generated using automated analysis and AI, and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results (such as ranking, traffic, or revenue improvements). You are responsible for any changes you make to your website based on the report. Always review suggested code/fixes before applying them.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software and content, belongs to Enerzyzone Vertex Innovations LLP. Your audit reports are for your own use.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. By purchasing, you authorise the applicable charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, audit results.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra. [Confirm city with lawyer.]
